The McClellan House (ISV Town Hall) circa 1906, is a lovely renovated farmhouse reminding residents and visitors of an era “gone with the wind”. The simplicity and charm has been balanced with comforts and conveniences which make the house unique but useful for civic and private events for ISV residents only. The facility can accommodate up to 50 people at a time. The Pavilion is located behind the Town Hall. It is a large covered picnic area with seating for around 140. A small rental fee of $50 is charged to ISV residents in order to defray some of the maintenance and cost necessary to preserve the integrity of a historical facility. This is a nominal fee in relationship to other comparable venue rentals.

Should you need to change or cancel your reservation, please contact Mrs. Easton. Keys will be in a lock box located on the back porch. Mrs. Easton will provide the code in advance of your event.
